SUMMARY:Boating Safely Class-In Person Course
DESCRIPTION:Time: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.\nCost: $10 to register; refunded when class is completed\nThe River Center continues to collaborate with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary “Flotilla 52” to provide a series of Boating Safely Classes targeted specifically to young boaters in our community. These classes are provided through a generous sponsorship by the AustinBlu Foundation ( http://www.austinblufoundation.org/ ), a not-for-profit dedicated to raising awareness and promoting educational programs to improve boater safety. There is no cost for this class, however there is a deposit required to reserve a seat. The deposit of $10 will be refunded in full to all students who complete the class.\nRecommended for children 12 years and up, but all ages are welcome.\nRegister Here! \n \nThe River Center reserves the right to cancel the program due to low registration, unforeseen circumstances, or inclement weather. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation.\n
