Science with Sam – Invasive Invaders

On select Saturdays from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, join our Scientist Sam for different science and nature based activities for students aged 6 -12 . Activities will include wildlife encounters, garden exploration, science experiments, and more!
Each month has different themed classes!
In this lesson students will learn the difference between native, exotic, and invasive species and meet a few invasive species to South Florida. Students will learn how invasive species came to Florida and what we can do to protect our native creatures.
