After School Book Club

📖🌱Calling all nature-loving readers!

Join us on Wednesday, September 10th from 4:30 to 6pm for our next afterschool book club for kids in grades 3-8. This month’s book will be REWILDING by David A. Steen. This book is filled with amazing illustrated true stories about how different species adapt to live side by side and what it takes to be a conservation scientist. All with one key message: it’s not too late to fix the planet.

At our book club meeting we will discuss the book, meet with a conservation scientist from the University of Florida, and participate in a hands-on activity inspired by the book.

You can find REWILDING at our local library or at a bookseller of your choice. Readers should finish the book before the meeting.
