Home School Workshop- LRD Wastewater Treatment Plant Tour

Join the River Center on Tuesday, December 19th for our upcoming Home School Workshop! Our December workshop will take place at the Loxahatchee River District’s Wastewater Treatment Facility for a tour of the plant and a discussion of the process of creating irrigation water. Don’t miss out on this behind the scenes tour!

This program is designed for children ages 13-17 and registration is required to attend. Registered participants are asked to bring a water bottle, wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Registered participants are to meet outside the Busch Wildlife Welcome Center.
